WAKE FROM THE DEAD - Bounty Bob tried to jump over an enemy but died in mid-air. His body landed on a slide and then slid down. However, the last tile to complete the level was located at the bottom of that slide. When Bob's body landed on this tile the level was completed. Even though Bob had died, he got up and did his victory animation.
If it were his choice, Wes Tam, lead developer of the new Miner 2049er, would have handled Bounty Bob's deaths:
